This position requires a versatile approach, with responsibilities spanning from building maintenance to equipment upkeep. Being self-sufficient is a necessity, as is a strong desire to learn and grow, continuously expanding one's knowledge and skill-set to better serve GreatLIFE Members and guests. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues Repair and maintenance of facilities Able to stand for periods of time, climb ladders, work at ground level and lift 50 Lbs Mechanical aptitude (small engines, electrical systems) Ability to troubleshoot issues and learn repair techniques Perform duties with positive attitude and professionalism Be able to work within a team Self-starter with ability to work independently Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Ability to lift at least 50 pounds Compensation and Benefits Personal and professional development Free GreatLIFE Membership Discounts on merchandise, food, beverages and services Hourly wage based on experience ESOP stock opportunities Full time: PTO 401K with company match Insurance (health, dental, vision and supplemental) with company contribution
