Quality Inspector 

Position Summary:
Apothecary Products, LLC (APL) dba: Injection Molding Solutions, LLC (IMS) is seeking a talented Quality Inspector to join our team in Siren, WI. In this role you will help ensure that parts produced on the production floor meet all required quality standards. This includes performing inspections, product testing, and incoming inspections of purchased components, raw materials, and finished goods.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify dimensional and visual compliance of parts with specifications.

  • Use precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, vision systems, etc.).

  • Identify and document non-conforming materials.

  • Communicate urgent quality issues to management.

  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • 1-3 years of experience in quality inspection, preferably in injection molding or regulated industries.

  • Experience with inspection tools and computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, ERP systems).

  • Strong attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and handle a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

  • Standing/walking for long periods, lifting up to 40 lbs occasionally.

  • Exposure to manufacturing conditions, including noise and fumes.

  • No travel required.
