Summary

The Inspector is responsible for conducting final inspections of rental units prior to guest arrival while also fulfilling the duties of a Housekeeper, Rental Tech, or Houseman. This role helps ensure each unit meets Black Butte Ranch cleanliness and presentation standards while identifying maintenance needs and supporting overall guest satisfaction. Inspectors monitor both interior and exterior conditions of rental homes and communicate any issues or concerns to Supervisors or Managers.

Responsibilities

Housekeeping & Inspections

• Complete regular Housekeeper, Rental Tech, or Houseman responsibilities as assigned
• Perform final inspections of rental homes prior to guest arrival
• Ensure homes are properly locked and secured after inspections
• Identify and report maintenance needs to Supervisors or Managers
• Provide constructive feedback to teammates regarding missed items or areas needing improvement during inspections
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards throughout all assigned units
  

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Must be an employee within the BBR Housekeeping Department for a minimum of 3 months
• Demonstrated strong performance in a Housekeeper, Rental Tech, or Houseman role preferred
