Requirements:
- Active RN license in the practicing state.
- Experience in perioperative or operating room nursing preferred.
- Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills.
- BLS required; CNOR or specialty certifications preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients, instruments, and the OR environment for surgery.
- Circulate or scrub during surgical procedures, assisting the surgical team.
- Monitor patient status, administer medications, and maintain sterile technique.
- Document surgical care accurately and ensure compliance with protocols.
- Educate patients and families on pre- and post-operative care.
