Physical Therapist - Outpatient - (PT)
StartDate: ASAP Pay Rate: $2052.00 - $2364.00
PT needed asap This position will be located at the SEARHC Mountainside Rehabilitation Clinic with primary focus on providing pediatric Physical Therapy (PT) evaluations and treatments which impact patient’s functional abilities.MUST HAVE ACTIVE ALASKA LICENSE AT TIME OF SUBMISSIONMUST HAVE COVID AND FLU VACCINATIONSPediatric experience a must2 yars experience Entry level qualifying masters or doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from a accredited program or graduate from an APTA approved program of Physical Therapy at the Baccalaureate level with 2 years proven work and Continuing Education experience that indicates applicant has mastered the knowledge base that would typically be taught in a master’s program.• Licensed as a Physical Therapist.• Current Basic Life Support certification.• Valid Driver’s license
Required Qualifications
MUST HAVE ACTIVE ALASKA LICENSE AT TIME OF SUBMISSION
MUST HAVE COVID AND FLU VACCINATIONS

2 yars experience
Entry level qualifying masters or doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from a accredited program or graduate from an APTA approved program of Physical Therapy at the Baccalaureate level with 2 years proven work and Continuing Education experience that indicates applicant has mastered the knowledge base that would typically be taught in a master’s program.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist.
• Current Basic Life Support certification.
• Valid Driver’s license
