Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Pediatric Dental Assistant to support our dentist in delivering excellent care to young patients. The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, is detail-oriented, and thrives in a team-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the dentist during pediatric dental procedures
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment rooms
- Take dental X-rays and maintain accurate patient records
- Help ease patient anxiety and create a positive experience for children
- Provide chairside support and ensure efficient workflow
- Educate patients and parents on oral hygiene and post-treatment care
- Follow all infection control and safety guidelines

Requirements
 Qualifications:
- Dental Assistant certification (as required by Illinois regulations)
- Previous experience in pediatric dentistry preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well with children and families
- Organized, reliable, and team-oriented
- Knowledge of dental software is a plus
