We are looking for a Systems / VMware Administrator to provide hands-on infrastructure support at our Skokie location. The ideal candidate should have strong experience with VMware ESXi, Veeam, physical storage, Windows servers, and domain/file-share permissions. This role will primarily focus on infrastructure administration, server upgrades, patching, storage and backup support, and assisting with application upgrades.

Location & Availability
- Must be onsite in Skokie, IL for hands-on support
- Normal business hours with 24x7 availability for Sev 1 issues
Responsibilities
- Perform ESXi upgrades and OS patching
- Clean up decommissioned server VMs
- Troubleshoot ESXi storage and Veeam backup issues
- Upgrade Windows Server 2012 to Windows Server 2022/2025
- Assist with application upgrades and support
- Support storage upgrades, replacements, and end-of-life migrations
- Work independently with minimal supervision on assigned infrastructure projects
