What You’ll Do
- Provide compassionate companionship and support to clients in their residences, including private homes or care facilities
- Assist with activities of daily living—such as bathing, dressing, mobility, and transfers—as needed and according to the client’s care plan
- Support clients with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and medication reminders, based on individual needs
- Observe, monitor, and report changes in a client’s condition or well‑being
- Accurately document care and observations using electronic care management software
What We’re Looking For
- Caregiving experience preferred (training available)
- CNA or HHA certification a plus
- Reliable transportation for travel within the Chicagoland area
- Ability to pass a background check
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing quality care
