We are looking for a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with school-based experience to join a supportive educational environment in Yelm, WA. This is an excellent opportunity to strengthen your skills in behavioral therapy while advancing your RBT career. In this role, you’ll deliver evidence-based interventions grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support students with autism and related developmental disabilities. Responsibilities

• Provide direct one-on-one and group interventions using intensive teaching and natural environment strategies
• Implement behavioral skill acquisition and reduction protocols as prescribed
• Collect, track, and summarize behavioral data for ongoing assessment and supervision
• Support parent and caregiver training sessions aligned with individualized treatment plans
• Communicate effectively with families regarding student progress, under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• At least 6 months of relevant experience within the last 5 years
