Position Summary:

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for assessing resident needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, coordinating resident care, and providing professional nursing services in accordance with facility standards, state regulations, and federal guidelines. This role plays a vital part in ensuring our residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the state of practice.
• Ability to assess resident needs and provide appropriate nursing interventions.
• Experience developing and implementing individualized care plans.
• Strong clinical judgment and critical-thinking skills.

• Ability to follow all state and federal regulations governing healthcare practices within the facility.
