Job DetailsJob Location: SLOAN, NV 89054Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 Salary/yearAI Integration Lead   Reports To: COO Status: Exempt Location: Speed Vegas / Las Vegas preferred Structure: Open to employee or consultant / contractor, depending on fit About the Role Speed Vegas is looking for a hands-on AI Integration Lead to help us identify, prioritize, and implement practical AI solutions across the business. This role is for someone who can understand how a company operates, spot where AI can create real value, and help turn those opportunities into concrete improvements. The right person will combine business judgment, AI fluency, systems thinking, and execution. This is not a research-only or advisory-only role. We are looking for someone who can work closely with leadership and department teams to improve workflows, reporting, productivity, decision-making, and overall operating performance. What Success Looks Like This role will help Speed Vegas: Improve sales performance Improve margins Improve operational efficiency Increase team productivity Maintain service quality and data protection Support practical and sustainable AI adoption across departments Key Responsibilities Assess current systems, workflows, and processes to identify strong AI opportunities Build a practical AI roadmap based on business value, feasibility, and ROI Help implement AI solutions across sales, marketing, customer experience, reporting, and internal operations Identify opportunities for automation, copilots, AI agents, internal knowledge systems, and workflow improvements Improve reporting, decision support, and productivity through better use of AI and automation Work closely with leadership and department heads to align AI initiatives with business priorities Help teams adopt AI tools through documentation, SOPs, rollout plans, and practical training Establish metrics and help measure the impact of AI initiatives over time What We’re Looking For Proven experience implementing AI solutions in real business environments Strong ability to connect business needs with practical AI use cases Experience with workflow automation, systems integration, and process improvement Strong understanding of LLMs, AI tools, prompt design, and AI-assisted workflows Familiarity with platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, and related tools Experience with APIs, SaaS tools, automation platforms, and system integrations Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams Hands-on mindset with strong execution ability When Applying, Please Include A short summary of your relevant experience Examples of AI projects you have personally implemented The tools, models, platforms, automations, or integrations you have worked with Examples of measurable business impact you helped create How you would approach the first 60 to 90 days in this role Salary and Benefits Salary - $95,000 - $110,000 DOE Medical/Dental/Vision Life Insurance/Long-Term Disability Short-Term Disability Pet Insurance Accident and Critical Care Insurance 401k with company match Salary - $95,000 - $110 QualificationsPreferred Experience Experience with some of the following is a plus: Internal knowledge bases or retrieval-based AI systems CRM, booking systems, and customer workflow integrations Automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, or similar Reporting and dashboard environments Marketing technology, SEO, GEO, content workflows, and LLM optimization AI governance, quality control, data privacy, and human oversight Hospitality, tourism, entertainment, e-commerce, or other operationally complex service businesses
