Position Summary

Lead technical position at Rollout Operations Center (ROC)

  • Rollout Operations Center deploys new hardware and software to all CVS sites
  • ROC procures and uses Third Party Vendors to install the equipment in CVS sites
  • ROC creates all instruction manual Redbooks for technicians
  • ROC has its own Call Center for field technicians to call into

Responsible for:

  • Overseeing contractors working on project
  • Providing second level technical support to field technicians and ROC contractors
  • Creating documentation for projects including instruction manuals (Redbooks)
  • Work with database team to create database structure for projects
  • Work with vendors as needed for scheduling and coordination
  • Run and distribute project reports daily
  • Host and/or attend weekly project meetings with vendors and project stakeholders
  • Take phone calls from vendor technicians in call center as needed to support project


Required Qualifications

  • This is a hybrid position that will require some in office days at our Smithfield, RI location. Candidates should reside a commutable distance to this location.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency required - Outlook, Excel, and Word
  • 1 Year experience in related field or technical call center
  • 1 Year of hardware installation / troubleshooting experience
  • Good communication and written skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Supervisory experience in any previous employment
  • 2+ years of hardware installation / troubleshooting experience
  • IT / Technical Education Degree


Education

  • Minimum of High School Diploma or GED

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$17.00 - $31.30

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.  The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.  This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
