Job Title- Administrative Assistant

Location-Smithfield PA

As an Administrative Assistant, you’ll contribute to JM’s mission as a world leader in sustainable technology, transforming energy and reducing carbon emissions for a cleaner, brighter future. 

Principal accountabilities:

  • Comply with all environmental & health and safety federal, state, local regulations and company policies.

  • Report operational KPIs

  • Provide administrative HR support as needed, such as:

  • Placing advertisements

  • Submitting background check

  • Data entry of payroll information for new employees

  • Coordinate meetings and plant tours/visits

  • Organize travel arrangements

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail

  • Provide receptionist duties (greets visitors, takes and routes phone calls, etc.)

  • Assist with Purchase Order and expense administration

  • Inventory and order all office supplies

  • Maintain office equipment such as copy and fax machines and printers

  • Prepare typed documents and their distribution

  • Establish and maintain filing system for the Administrative Dept.

  • Prepare expense reports

  • Manage copy room

  • Other duties and projects as assigned

Requirements for the role:

  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree in a related field

  • 3 years’ administrative experience supporting senior leadership

  • Advanced knowledge of MS office packages and Outlook email
