The Associate Omnicommerce Manager, reporting to the Omnicommerce Manager – Brand Lead, will play a vital role in driving omnichannel strategies that align with brand objectives and business goals. This dynamic position involves supporting the development and execution of annual plans while ensuring flawless collaboration between brand teams and in-market Omnicommerce partners. The ideal candidate will serve as a key connector, facilitating seamless implementation to elevate brand impact across channels.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Organize weekly meetings with business, commerce, and brand teams

  • Ensure clear agendas and timely asset delivery

Retailer Marketing & Creative Execution

  • Oversee creative builds for retailer marketing initiatives

  • Collaborate with agency partners for high-quality execution

Budget & Financial Management

  • Track budgets, manage monthly forecasts, and oversee invoicing

  • Work closely with commerce and finance teams for accurate execution

Data-Driven Strategy & Performance Monitoring

  • Maintain a results-focused approach to meet objectives and KPIs

Agency & Brand Team Collaboration

  • Foster strong relationships with agency teams to ensure high-quality work

  • Act as a liaison between brands and field teams for seamless execution

Leadership:
  • Drives a positive employee experience through leadership by way of employee coaching.

WHAT WE’RE SEEKING:

  • Education & Experience: Bachelors’ Degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business, Marketing, or related field and 3+ years relevant marketing experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.

  • Leadership Experience: Experience acting as a lead by providing training, coaching or mentoring to less experienced staff or through managing a process or project.

  • Skills: Proficient in Excel and third-party platforms with strong project management abilities and attention to detail.

  • Communication: Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills with a focus on innovative and solution-oriented thinking.

  • Work Style: Self-starter, detail-oriented, adaptable, resourceful, and thrives in fast-paced environments while meeting deadlines.
