Full-Time Licensed Clinical Supervisor Needed in Rhode Island!

Schedule: Full-Time; 40 hours per week (flexible hybrid schedule: day and after school hours)

Salary:Ā $75,000- $90,000 Annually

The Groden Center's Community and Home Therapeutic Services (CHTS) department is hiring a full-time or part-time independently licensed clinician to work with children in our Home Based Therapeutic Services and PASS programs. Our clients are diagnosed with autism and/or have special learning needs. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be part of our team of experienced and creative professionals, providing clinical oversight and supervision of home and clinic-based treatment programs for children of all ages starting as young as 2 years old.Ā

Qualifications:

  • Licensed by the Rhode Island Department of Health as a BCBA, LICSW, LCSW, or LMHC
  • Masters or Doctoral Degree required
  • Extensive experience working directly with children with special needs and familiarity with behavior reduction and skill acquisition programming
  • Ability to provide direct instruction to direct service workers and behavior technicians
  • Excellent writing and documentation skills, behavior assessment and skill assessment experienceĀ 
  • Knowledge of practical functional assessment, skill-based treatment, and trauma assumed care preferredĀ 
  • Strong emphasis on individual choice for clients along with experience creating and promoting joy for clients is needed


Responsibilities:

  • Working with families and clients
  • Conducting formal assessments (Vineland, VBMAPP, FBA, AFLLS, PEAK) and ongoing assessment
  • Writing goals and objectives for skill acquisition
  • Submit required client treatment plans to funding agency
  • Maintain client electronic health record
  • Direct training/supervision of behavior therapist and program supervisor
  • Providing comprehensive clinic and home-based treatment
  • Collaborate with families
  • Advocate for the clients and families served
