Position: Accountant- Tax/Audit

Job Location: Hauppauge, NY

Salary Range: $75,000-$100,000

We are a growing midsize CPA firm specializing in the audits of labor unions and their related fringe benefit funds. We have three locations. Our home office is in Hauppauge and we have offices in Iselin, NJ and Floral Park, NY. We are currently looking for an experienced accountant with a background in both tax and audit to help prepare tax returns for corporations, partnerships and individuals. This position will also perform audit functions,and will report to engagements on an as needed basis. Travel is required.

Experience required:

• 1 + years of public accounting experience in both tax and audit
• CPA preferred but not required
• Pro-Systems and/or Caseware a plus!
• MS Suite
• Time management skills
• Detail oriented
