Associate, Return Logistics

· Location - Hauppauge, New York office

· Hourly rate – $18.50 per hour

· Hours – 10:30AM – 7:00PM EST

Responsibilities:

• Return Logistics Associate works with customer returned products and sorts out by disposition type.

• Open Mail Opening includes opening packages and scanning tracking number

• Order Processing includes attention to detail. Validation of customer information against physical product. Data entry.

• Ability to read and interpret information from customer provided paperwork into

• Work independently with minimal supervision with the ability to communicate issues quickly to the team leader or supervisor.

• May need to perform other duties as assigned.
