We are currently recruiting for a Custodian to join our team! This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to work in a climate-controlled environment within a steadily growing organization. The Custodian is responsible for ensuring that the plant, office areas, and exterior property grounds are continuously cleaned and maintained to uphold a pristine facility. This is a critical role, and our ideal candidate will take great pride in their work while operating with a high level of attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Restock washroom supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and soap.
Sanitize and clean entire bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, floors, and mirrors.
Empty garbage cans from the kitchen, restrooms, and other areas throughout the facility.
Mop front office and reception areas, along with other areas as needed.
Maintain the break room daily, including weekly cleaning of the refrigerator.
Dry mop storage rooms and production areas throughout the facility.
Inspect the exterior property daily for issues, including cleaning and trash removal.
Take weekly inventory of cleaning and bathroom supplies and submit to designated personnel.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED, and a minimum of three years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
One year of previous experience as a custodian in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
Must be able to stand regularly and walk frequently.
Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without mechanical assistance.
