Entry-Level Production Machine Operator (Paid Training)

No Experience? We'll Train You!

We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our apparel production team. No previous plotter or garment industry experience is required—we provide paid, on-the-job training.

If you're reliable, enjoy working with equipment, and take pride in producing accurate work, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

• Print garment pattern markers using a large-format plotter machine.
• Load paper rolls and monitor print quality.
• Organize and label printed markers for the cutting department.
• Interact and work with other departments to complete jobs
• Verify that markers are printed correctly and in the proper quantities.
• Keep the plotter and work area clean and organized.
• Preform Preventive Maintenance. 
• Work with the production team to meet daily schedules.

Job Type: Full-Time

Pay: $19.00–$22.00 per hour (based on experience)

Requirements

• No experience required—we will train the right person.
• Reliable with good attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
• Comfortable using basic computer software. 
• Knowledge of Microsoft (Excel) Big PLUS
• Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required.
