Our patients often come to us during difficult, painful chapters of their lives, and the right person for this role knows how to pair clinical skill with genuine warmth, putting patients at ease from the moment they walk in.

What You'll Do

• Greet and assist patients with intake, including taking medical histories and recording vital signs
• Answer phones and schedule patients with a friendly, can-do attitude
• Perform basic life support and emergency procedures when necessary
• Conduct X-ray procedures and handle imaging equipment properly
• Assist patients with consents and paperwork, making the process feel simple and stress-free
• Communicate clearly and confidently using medical terminology with patients and staff
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation, including insurance coding
• Prepare exam rooms and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked and ready
• Collaborate closely with the healthcare team to deliver exceptional, coordinated care
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care with patience and clarity

What You Bring

• Certification as a Medical Assistant from an accredited program
• Proficiency in medication administration and current basic life support certification
• Experience in emergency medicine or inpatient settings preferred
• Familiarity with medical coding practices is a plus
• Strong command of medical terminology relevant to patient care
• Outstanding interpersonal skills — a warm, bubbly personality that puts patients at ease is a must
• Strong multitasking abilities and a talent for staying organized in a busy clinical environment
• A steadfast commitment to patient confidentiality and healthcare regulations
• Ability to lift up to 150 lbs
