Requirements
- Strong construction industry knowledge and exceptional organizational skills.
- Oversee and support the bookkeeper and office assistant, ensuring accurate and timely administrative operations.
- Manage payroll and certified payroll processes with precision and compliance.
- Handle AIA requisitions, payment schedules, and receivables.
- Field incoming calls from clients, addressing questions, concerns, and service needs professionally.
- Draft proposals, prepare bid packages, and compile documentation for submission.
- Read and interpret blueprints confidently to support estimating and project coordination.
- Process material orders called in by site supervisors and track delivery status.
- Communicate directly with field supervisors to convert write-ups into accurate invoices.
- Maintain a working understanding of construction trades, terminology, and building processes.
- Utilize QuickBooks for financial tracking, invoicing, and reporting.
- Support general office operations to ensure an efficient, organized, and productive environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Professional, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
