Pharmacy Technician / Customer Service Representative – All Star Wanted

Who We’re Looking For:
We’re seeking a rockstar Pharmacy Technician / Customer Service Representative—someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a sharp eye for detail, and absolutely shines on the phone. You’ll be the voice and heart of the pharmacy for our patients, so friendliness, follow-through, and a passion for helping people are a must.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle prescription intake and processing with accuracy and urgency
- Answer phones with professionalism and care – you’re the first impression
- Provide top-notch customer service to walk-in and delivery patients
- Assist in curating skincare recommendations (we’ll train you!)
- Work closely with pharmacists and the pharmacy team to maintain workflow
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment
- Build lasting relationships with patients—we know many by name!
Requirements:
- 1+ year of pharmacy technician or pharmacy customer service experience
- Comfortable on the phone and in-person with a variety of customers
- Detail-oriented and dependable
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Passionate about healthcare and customer service
- Familiarity with pharmacy software a plus (Micro Merchant/PrimeRx or similar)
- Bilingual a plus
- NYS Pharmacy Technician Certification (preferred, not required)
