Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally, creating a strong first impression
  • Direct customers efficiently to the appropriate service or check-in area
  • Drive vehicles safely to and from service lanes, parking areas, and designated locations as needed
  • Maintain flow and organization in the service and parking areas
  • Assist with vehicle readiness, cleanliness, and general lot presentation
  • Perform additional duties as assigned, including support tasks that help maintain operational standards

Requirements

  • Ability to follow directions and execute tasks with consistency
  • Clean and valid driver’s license
  • Strong awareness, attention to detail, and sound judgment around vehicles and customer interaction
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct
  • Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team environment
  • Comfortable working outdoors and moving throughout the day
