As an PCAĀ your main role will be to deliver care to assisted living and memory care residents. Primary duties include assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming and toileting.

Status: Full Time and Part Time

Shift: 7am - 3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11p-7a

PCA Duties & Responsibilities: Ā 

  • Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toiletingĀ 
  • Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff.Ā 
  • Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support.Ā 
  • Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.Ā 
  • Other duties as needed.Ā

Requirements:Ā 

  • Valid PCA license required
  • Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
  • Previous experience working with people with dementia is desiredĀ
