General Laborer Summary:

The Baillie Group's Smyrna, NY sawmill is looking to add some General Laborers to the team. This is a full time opportunity working for a world class hardwood lumber manufacturer.

Minimum - Anticipated Maximum Salary: $15 - $18/hour
Overtime Hours & Pay
Full Plan of Benefits Including health and life insurance, paid vacation and paid holidays!

General Laborer Requirements:

- Handling and stacking green lumber
- Carrying Lumber from one area to another
- Must be able to lift over 25 lbs.
- Work in sometimes cold conditions
- Willingness to learn new jobs and operate machinery required

General Laborer Education & Experience:

Previous experience as a warehouse worker preferred
Previous experience as an entry level worker is preferred
Previous experience working on a farm is a plus!
High School degree preferred, but not required
