Job Title: Inventory Control Coordinator

Job Description: This role is primarily responsible for managing, organizing, and fulfilling parts and materials for our production team. This role is critical to ensuring that all items are accurately picked, kitted, and ready for production operations. Maintaining accurate records in our inventory management system (Fulcrum) to support inventory integrity and operational efficiency is essential. 

Job Responsibilities: 

            Picking & Kitting:

  • Accurately pick parts and materials from inventory according to work orders, BOMs (Bills of Materials), and production schedules.

  • Verify all kit contents match the required specifications and documentation.

  • Assemble, label, and stage kits for Carpentry, Assembly, Paint, Scenic, and Electronics Technician production teams.

Inventory Management:

  • Maintain accurate inventory records in an inventory management system (e.g., FulcrumPro - ERP, WMS).

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability.

  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.

  • Coordinate with purchasing, receiving, and warehouse teams to ensure proper stock handling.

  • Flag any discrepancies and initiate investigations with Purchasing and Receiving Leads.

  • The role requires lifting heavy objects and safely climbing ladders while handling larger materials.

            Receiving and Stocking:

  • Have the ability to flex and work interdependently with the Receiving team.

  • Receive and organize incoming orders/items.

  • Compare delivered goods against the purchase order (PO) and packing slip.

  • Maintain accurate receiving records in an inventory management system (e.g., FulcrumPro ERP or WMS).

  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve delivery issues and communicate with vendors and drivers. 


Operational Support:

  • Demonstrate the ability to self-manage while serving as the primary Inventory Support for the Production Night Shift.

  • Contribute to internal projects, providing input in developing and improving inventory control and kitting procedures. 

  • Assist with packaging and shipping outgoing boxed shipments securely and efficiently.

  • Operate forklifts for material handling (training provided).

  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace by sweeping floors and emptying trash cans.      


Direct Manager: Supply Chain & Procurement Manager

Hours & Schedule: 

  • Expected Weekly Hours: 40 with additional overtime as required. 

  • Travel Expectations: None

  • Expected Schedule: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM-3:30 PM or 8:00-4:30 PM; evening or weekend overtime as determined by supervisor.

  • Oncall: No
