Overview:1-800-GOT-JUNK? is hiring a Site Sales & Laborer to join our team! This is a physically active, customer-facing role where you'll provide on-site estimates, close sales, and remove unwanted items for our customers. We're hiring ambitious, outgoing and active individuals who are committed to providing exceptional customer experiences.Â
Location: Smyrna, GA serving the greater Atlanta area
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: $24–$30/hr+ ($11 base + Profit Sharing + Tips)including:
- Overtime as needed
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site pricing and confidently close sales
- Load, lift, and remove items from homes and businesses
- Deliver exceptional customer service on every job
- Work efficiently with a team to complete daily routes
- Keep trucks clean and organized
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- 21+ Years and older
- Valid driver's license
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented

Schedule:
- 8–12 hour shifts
- 1 weekend shift and 3-4 weekday shifts expectations
