Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

Location: Delaware
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide virtual therapy services to clients across Delaware. In this role, you will conduct telehealth sessions with individuals, couples, and families, helping them address relationship concerns, communication challenges, emotional difficulties, and life transitions.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include meeting with clients, assessing their needs, guiding treatment, and maintaining accurate clinical records to support quality care.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct scheduled therapy sessions through a secure telehealth platform
  • Work with individuals, couples, and families on relationship, emotional, and life challenges
  • Complete client evaluations and identify appropriate treatment goals
  • Develop and adjust treatment plans based on client needs and progress
  • Help clients improve communication, manage conflict, and develop healthy coping strategies
  • Maintain clear and timely clinical documentation
  • Follow confidentiality requirements, ethical guidelines, and Delaware telehealth standards
  • Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field
  • Active LMFT license in Delaware
  • Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
  • Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
  • Comfort with telehealth platforms and virtual care delivery
  • Knowledge of state and federal confidentiality regulations
  • 2 weeks PTO
