At Mann Wireless, our job is to amplify and distribute Radio Frequency (RF) throughout buildings to put an end to frustrating dropped calls and poor signals. More importantly, for over 20 years, we’ve been making sure first responder radios work, which keeps them safe when they respond to a call for help. We feel good about our mission, knowing that what we do keeps people safe and provides peace of mind. 


This role reports into the Branch Director. This is a part-time, in-office position with flexible schedule.

Core Job Responsibilities 

  • Order, receive, and stage all materials required for each project
  • Manage inventory at the office
  • Office administrative and maintenance duties as needed (stocking      supplies, order equipment for employees, trash and cleaning)
  • Communicate as necessary (email, phone calls) to assist with project      development, coordination, and closure with customers, subcontractors,      vendors, and teams within Mann Wireless
  • Maintain project documentation in Computer Ease (project software)      and run reports to track project performance
  • Assisting with job vehicle maintenance 
  • Other related duties as assigned

Additional Area of Job Growth (Depending on candidate’s interest areas)

  • Assist with subcontractor management, permitting, and other      project-related processes
  • Research requirements; review documents, reports, forms for content,      completeness, and accuracy
  • Site surveys to collect information needed to develop an estimate
  • Estimate and proposal development

Requirements

  

Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma/Equivalent with 0-3+ years of related administrative/coordination experience
  • Warehouse and inventory management experience is a plus
  • Degree or coursework in Construction Management, Business Management, Engineering, Electrical, or Technology field may be      substituted for experience
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Valid driver license with clear driving record and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a physical, drug screen, and background check (including ability to lift 40+ lbs.)

Additional qualifications we would love to see:

  • Prior warehouse / office management experience in a similar industry (telecommunications, electrical, construction, etc.)
  • Knowledge of basic construction, engineering, and/or telecommunications terminology
  • Administrative Mindset
  • Low voltage experience
  • Cellular/DAS construction experience
