We are actively seeking an experienced Residential Program Manager for our Specialized Enhanced Supportive Housing programin Rutherford, TN. The Program Manager leads a team to provide person-centered care tailored to meet the needs of individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This person will support teams with day-to-day operations and challenges to achieve programmatic goals.
SESH is a program designed for individuals with a dual diagnosis of intellectual/developmental disabilities (IDD) and mental health conditions  Â
Â
ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Manage staff schedules and ensure shifts are adequately staffedÂ
- Manage team performance through effective communication, training, performance management, staff meetings, and employee recognitionÂ
- Develop and implement activity programs including the Meaningful Day curriculumÂ
- Communicate with the families and guardians of individuals we support as neededÂ
- Ensure individuals are supported per their ISP/PCP including medication management, meal planning, and behavior managementÂ
- Ensure program documentation and billable records are completed accurately and timelyÂ
- Monitor the health and medical needs of individuals and immediately report any concernsÂ
- Manage relationships with the families and guardians of the individuals in our careÂ
- Ensure work locations and vehicles are clean, well maintained, and stocked with necessary supplies including groceries, medications, and cleaning suppliesÂ
- Additional tasks and responsibilities may be assignedÂ
- Employee must cooperate with the license and department staff in any inspection, inquiry, or investigationÂ
Minimum RequirementsÂ
- Bachelor's degree preferred; High school diploma or equivalent requiredÂ
- Two years’ full-time work experience in supporting people with disabilitiesÂ
- Valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving recordÂ
- Knowledge of state regulatory agency operations and standards relevant to supporting individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilitiesÂ
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of checks of criminal background, central registry, child abuse registry, and drug testing Â

- Work in residential programs, day programs, and in the communityÂ
- Schedule may change due to business needs and may include evening and weekend hoursÂ
- May be required to be on-call in cooperation with other management staff
