This role is for a high-level technician who can troubleshoot performance issues on the fly, interpret intricate engineering drawings, and has experience in low voltage and cabling.

What You’ll Do

  • Technical Installation: Install antennas, radios, mounts, and RF cables with a focus on accuracy and craftsmanship.
  • Systems Integration: Perform cable routing, grounding, and weatherproofing to meet strict code requirements.
  • Testing & Tech: Conduct basic equipment setup, configuration, and assist in testing/troubleshooting and RF studies.

  • Experience in RF/telecom field experience is preferred.
  • Technical Expert: Strong knowledge of RF systems, site infrastructure, and testing equipment (Spectrum Analyzers, PIM testers, etc.).

  • Accountable: You have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the physical ability to lift 50+ lbs.
