Position Summary

ProVest is seeking a Process Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for accurate data entry, file maintenance, and record keeping while working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Enter a variety of data using current technology

  • Prepare and sort documents for data entry

  • Create and maintain logs for tracking purposes

  • Review and enter data updates into systems

  • Identify and review discrepancies in received data

  • Communicate daily with clients, vendors, and coworkers in a professional and courteous manner (in person, by phone, or via email)

  • Perform additional duties as required, including printing, scanning, and proofing documents

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and establish positive rapport with every caller

  • Serve as backup for team members during absences and assist other teams as needed

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, data entry, or related fields

  • Excellent typing skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines

Physical Demands:

Work Environment:
Exposure to typical weather conditions. Noise level is usually minimal.
