Vibra-Tech Engineers, Inc., a seismic consulting company is seeking a full-time Administrative Coordinator to join our team at our Snellville, Georgia location.

As an Administrative  Coordinator you will play a critical role in supporting our field operations and client projects from initiation through completion.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Prepare high-quality proposals, including proofreading and ensuring compliance with guidelines
  • Create maps, developing site layouts, and accurately documenting GPS coordinates using tools, such as Google Earth, ArcGiS, or similar tools
  • Manage multiple projects from start to finish- coordinate with homeowners, clients, field team and vendors with strong follow-through until completion
  • Schedule inspections, equipment installation, and site activities
  • Perform cold calls when needed to gather complete project details and information
  • Maintain excellent organization while multitasking in a fast-paced environment
Your Background and Experience:
  • Background in the construction, logistics, or related industry (strongly preferred)
  • Experience with mapping tools (Google Earth, ArGIS, or similar)
  • Ability to write, proof, and prepare professional proposals
  • Strong phone and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office and able to quickly learn new software applications
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through mindset
