Snohomish Health & Rehabilitation is seeking an HR/Payroll Coordinator who is passionate about supporting employees, partnering with facility leadership, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Trusted Partner: Collaborate closely with the CEO and CNO, providing day-to-day HR support, guidance, and problem-solving.

Compliance Focused: Maintain knowledge of employment laws, regulations, policies, and HR best practices to help ensure compliance and consistency.


Responsibilities Include:

Recruiting, onboarding, and employee support

HR compliance and personnel record management

Assisting with employee relations and leave administration

Supporting retention, engagement, and training initiatives

Partnering with leadership on workforce needs and HR strategy

Bi-weekly payroll processing


Qualifications:

HR, business, or related experience preferred

Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills

Knowledge of state and federal employment laws

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism

Requirements

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred. 


Licenses/Certification

  • PHR/SPHR certification preferred.


Experience

  • One year human resources and/or payroll experience required; Six months experience in a health care environment preferred.
