 What You’ll Do
As a Dispatcher at Seaside, you will:
- Evaluate incoming calls and assign the right technician to each job
- Prioritize urgent calls and adjust schedules in real time
- Communicate clearly with technicians throughout the day
- Keep customers updated on technician arrival and job status
- Ensure accurate job details are relayed to the field
- Reschedule appointments when needed while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Record and track service calls and updates
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed
