WE ARE SEEKING: A dynamic Executive Assistant to support the Executive Suite and other members of the senior leadership team. This position is based out of our corporate office, located in historic downtown Berlin, MD.


YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Supervises administrative staff.
  • Managing calendars and contacts utilizing Microsoft Outlook. 
  • Scheduling meetings, including booking meeting space and arranging for catering and setup as necessary. 
  • Scheduling all Board and sub-committee meetings (in person and/or online) as well as management committee meetings. 
  • Creating Board/Committee meeting packages and manages digital Board/Committee portal.
  • Taking and circulating minutes for all Board, Committee and management committee meetings.
  • Coordinating Annual Information Request from Board members. 
  • Coordinates review and approval of Board/Committee minutes.
  • Completing the DLLR Annual Bank Information Update.
  • Preparing expense reports and submitting to Finance department.
  • Handling registration for training and conferences, including making travel arrangements as necessary.
  • Preparing correspondence; uploading and electronically filing documents.
  • Assisting with policy management, including updates and review requirements.
  • Creating, preparing and/or printing presentations for meetings.
  • Manages Scribe How software licenses for the bank.
  • Special projects as directed.
  • Maintaining strict confidentiality of all sensitive information.
  • Additional tasks as assigned.

YOU SHOULD HAVE:

  • Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred, high school diploma or equivalent required; and at least five 3-5 years’ related administrative/professional experience  
  • Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint is required.
  • Highly Organized and able to multitask.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • This is a salaried, exempt position. We also have a discretionary bonus plan, subject to company performance.
