Job Summary
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team! As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy to help patients restore movement, reduce pain, and improve overall function. You will only treat one patient at a time. For 2026 we will be adding Eastern Shore BioHealth which will offer stretching services, a fitness gym, and holistic health care. If you have a passion for physical therapy and offering holistic services to our local community then we would like to talk to you!
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients by reviewing medical history, performing physical assessments, and identifying functional limitations
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient goals and physician referrals
- Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and pain management
- Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document outcomes accurately
- Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and post-treatment care
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Qualifications
- Valid state Physical Therapist license required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of physical therapy techniques, documentation, and treatment protocols
- Strong critical thinking, time management, and problem-solving skills
