What Guides Us OUR MISSION – Inspire lasting memories and meaningful connections with all the comforts of home OUR VISION – To be the Club of choice for work & play OUR VALUES – Y.E.S. ✅ You Elevate Service – Excellence lives in the details We Are One Team – Support each other and win together Be A Host – Anticipate needs and create belonging Embrace the Adventure – Stay curious and keep improving ✨ What You'll Do Painting & Finishing • Prepare surfaces by sanding, patching, priming, sealing, and repairing imperfections • Apply paint, stain, varnish, lacquer, and other finishes to interior and exterior surfaces • Use brushes, rollers, and spray equipment to achieve professional-quality results • Perform touch-ups and maintain painted surfaces throughout the property • Ensure consistent, clean, and high-quality finishes on every project Surface Maintenance & Repairs • Repair drywall, plaster, and other wall finishes • Fill cracks, holes, and damaged areas before painting • Remove old paint using appropriate tools and techniques • Assist with minor carpentry and maintenance projects related to painting work • Help maintain the overall appearance and integrity of Club facilities ⚡ General Maintenance • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment • Properly store and dispose of paints, chemicals, and materials • Collaborate with the Engineering and Maintenance teams on renovation and improvement projects • Complete assigned projects efficiently with minimal supervision Safety & Compliance • Follow all OSHA guidelines and safety procedures when handling tools, equipment, and hazardous materials • Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times • Maintain safe work practices to protect members, guests, and fellow employees • Support emergency response efforts as needed Team Contribution • Promote a positive and professional work environment • Communicate effectively with coworkers and other departments • Assist with training and mentoring new team members • Demonstrate flexibility by supporting additional maintenance tasks as assigned   Qualifications What You Bring • High School diploma or GED required • Four years of commercial or institutional painting experience preferred • Strong knowledge of painting techniques, surface preparation, and finishing materials • Experience with drywall repair, wood staining, and refinishing preferred • Basic carpentry skills are a plus • Understanding of OSHA safety standards and proper chemical handling • Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment Physical Requirements & Work Environment • Frequent standing, walking, bending, climbing, stooping, kneeling, and repetitive motion • Regular lifting up to 30 lbs, frequent lifting up to 50 lbs, and occasional lifting up to 100 lbs • Work indoors with occasional outdoor projects in varying weather conditions • Exposure to paints, fumes, chemicals, construction materials, noise, and varying temperatures • Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends for special projects Why You'll Love It Here Full-Time Benefits Include Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Sick Pay All Employees Enjoy Potential Housing 401(k) 60% Discount on RFTA Bus Passes Restaurant & Retail Discounts Free On-Site Parking Employee Meal, Golf, Tennis, and Gym Usage Employee Wellness Programs Additional Information This job description is not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties, responsibilities, or qualifications associated with the role.
