Job Summary

MOR PPM, Inc. seeks a Project Coordinator supporting various customers and projects in multiple locations.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and plan meetings and special events.
  • Manage and coordinate bid log development.
  • Manage and follow up on Worker’s Compensation, Auto, Liability and other Claims.
  • Assist with development and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures across the enterprise.
  • Assist with creation and any backup support needed for proposal development.
  • Manage and assist with System Integration Management.
  • Coordinate all certificates of insurance.
  • Lead the Business Continuity Plan.
  • Review contracts for proper language and coordinate with internal counsel.
  • Manage the state contractor’s license and continuity.
  • Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings.
  • Records and distributes minutes or other records for meetings.
  • Assist the President, CFO, Vice President of Operations, Director of Operations, Safety Director, and HR Director with special projects.
  • Assist HR with the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently collaborate with team members.
  • College Education preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 – 5 years of experience in project management.
  • Strong planning and multitasking skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, flexibility, and professionalism.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Physical Demands

  • May be required to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds
  • Must posses enough strength and stamina to perform the technical duties and essential functions as identified above
  • Must be able to move in and around confined spaces and uneven areas
  • Must have full range of motion consistent with age
  • Must be able to climb and maintain balance ladders
  • Must be able to adequately hear and respond to voice commands and alerts from other employees, alarms and other job-related noises
  • Visual acuity, depth perception and color discrimination consistent with that required to work at heights and on uneven surfaces
  • Safety/Steel toe shoes are required.
