Courier - Lab - PRN

General Description
The Clinic Courier is responsible for picking up and delivering specimens, reports and supplies to and from clinic sites and the BMC hospital. The position serves as a personal contact and a key representative of information and customer service to clinics and contributes to patient care by timely deliveries.

Schedule

PRN, as needed status

Minimum Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required 

• Understanding of the healthcare environment

• Possesses excellent verbal communication skills

• Customer service experience

• Good driving record, including no more than one moving violation in the last one year and no more than two moving violations in the prior 3 years and no DUI or DWI convictions

• Must be able to produce MVR upon hire and annually thereafter

• Valid State of Iowa Driver's license
