Job Summary:
We are looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor to provide remote mental health counseling for clients throughout Alaska. This position gives you the opportunity to focus on client care, from assessment to treatment planning to ongoing therapy. You will help clients work through concerns that may affect their relationships, work, confidence, and daily routines, while maintaining professional documentation and consistent communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide secure telehealth counseling sessions
  • Complete intake evaluations and identify client needs
  • Develop treatment plans with clear and realistic goals
  • Use appropriate counseling approaches based on client concerns
  • Maintain accurate progress notes and clinical records
  • Review client progress and make care adjustments when needed
  • Active Licensed Professional Counselor license in Alaska
  • Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
  • Experience providing therapy to adults, families, or individuals
  • Strong communication and clinical documentation skills
  • Comfortable delivering care through a remote platform
  • Ability to work independently within a full-time schedule
  • 2 weeks PTO
