As a Budtender, you’ll be the welcoming face of our dispensary—guiding guests through their cannabis experience with expertise, professionalism, and enthusiasm. You’ll listen carefully to customer needs, educate them on strains, edibles, extracts, and current specials, and ensure every guest leaves confident in their purchase.

This role blends sales, compliance, and exceptional service—perfect for someone who is organized, personable, and passionate about the cannabis industry.

✨ Key Responsibilities

• Greet every guest warmly upon arrival and departure

• Provide personalized product education and recommendations

• Deliver outstanding customer service while meeting sales goals

• Maintain accurate cash handling and strict inventory controls

• Ensure full compliance with all state and local cannabis regulations

• Keep POS counters clean, stocked, and organized

• Assist with opening and closing procedures

• Support store cleanliness, merchandising, and team projects

• Stay informed on industry trends and promotions

✅ Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older

• Previous dispensary/budtending experience preferred

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Strong math skills and attention to detail

• Knowledge of cannabis strains, edibles, extracts, and current market products

• English/Spanish bilingual preferred

• Ability to pass LiveScan background check

• Valid California ID

• Authorized to work in the United States

• Complete open availability, including opening and closing shifts, weekends, and holidays

💪 Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for up to 8 hours

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs

• Perform regular cleaning, stocking, bending, kneeling, and merchandising tasks
