Our inside sales position is one of our entry-level sales opportunities at Superior Beverage Group with ample opportunities to learn the industry and grow within the business. Inquire about point-of-sale to ensure it is in an effective area and operational. Manage potential out-of-code products by inquiring about code dates on slow-moving packages. Offer customers suggestions for increasing sales of company products through various merchandising concepts. Develop and maintain relationships with retailers and address inquiries and complaints in a professional manner. Communicate effectively with team and manager all pertinent information affecting assigned accounts. QualificationsSkills / Qualifications of an Inside Sales Representative: Previous sales and/or beverage experience preferred Ability to effectively persuade and influence others Knowledge of customer service standards Strong organizational skills Excellent verbal communication skills Attention to detail
