Our expansion at our Solon, OH location directly supports the growth of PacSci EMC and its ability to meet rising demand for precision energetic and electronic components produced at the new facility. 

Position Overview
The Operations Manager provides strategic leadership and oversight of daily business operations, ensuring systems, processes, and teams function efficiently and align with organizational goals. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence, enabling scalability, optimizing cross‑functional workflows, and ensuring the organization is equipped to support ongoing growth

Key Responsibilities

  • Performs the role of site leader for the Solon, OH facility
  • Provide strategic direction for operational departments, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, growth priorities, and long‑term plans.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of operational processes, policies, and systems to increase efficiency and scalability.
  • Oversee performance metrics, operational dashboards, and KPIs to monitor productivity and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Drive On Time Delivery to meet Customer requirements.
  • Oversee the growth of the site with increase output and new products.
  • Partner with cross‑functional teams such as Finance, HR, and NPD to support major initiatives, organizational expansion, and business readiness.
  • Manage budgeting, resource allocation, and operational planning across multiple functions and business units.
  • Strengthen operational infrastructure by implementing tools, technologies, and frameworks that optimize workflows and improve collaboration.
  • Identify operational risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure business continuity plans are in place.
  • Mentor and lead managers and team members, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver operational updates, and performance analyses for leadership and key stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Electronic operation experience desired but not required
  • 5–10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience high‑growth, or complex operational environments.
  • Demonstrated success in leading strategic operational initiatives and improving systems at scale.
  • Strong analytical abilities with experience using data to guide decisions and develop strategies.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of managing managers and cross‑functional teams.
  • Expertise in operations systems, project management methodologies, and performance management tools.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
