Job DetailsJob Location: SOLVANG, CA 93463Salary Range: $24.00 - $26.00 HourlyAlisal, a luxury 10,500 private acre working Ranch and Resort in the heart of Santa Barbara Wine Country is seeking an experienced  and service-oriented Ranch Hand II to join our team.  This full-time position entails working all aspects of the Cattle Ranch operation, ranch duties and facilities, assisting Ranch Hands and  Cattle Manager with basic plumbing, construction, mechanical tasks, fence repair, farming, wood cutting, splitting, and performing  other projects as required and assigned.  QUALIFICATIONS • Prior Ranch Hand experience desired but not required. • Integrity, dependability, and adaptability. • Skilled at multi-tasking, heightened attention to detail, speed, accuracy, and organization.  • Ability to lift, push, and pull minimum 50-100 lbs. • Able to work on site and to stand, sit, walk, and move continuously for duration of shift.
