In this role, you’ll collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Sales, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to resolve complex quality challenges, support new product launches, and lead continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This position is based on-site in Kenosha, WI. Relocation assistance is not available.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and participate in cross-functional problem-solving activitiesÂ
- Drive corrective actions for customer and internal quality concernsÂ
- Analyze manufacturing and SPC data to identify trends and improvement opportunitiesÂ
- Support APQP and PPAP activities for new and existing productsÂ
- Conduct capability studies and dimensional analysisÂ
- Perform functional, dimensional, and physical product testingÂ
- Support and maintain compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, and ISO 14001 standardsÂ
- Conduct internal audits and support quality system improvementsÂ
- Assist with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiativesÂ
- Train and support employees on quality and improvement processesÂ
- Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers, and internal teamsÂ

What We’re Looking For
- Technical degree or certification with 3+ years of quality engineering experience, or equivalent combination of education and experienceÂ
- Automotive manufacturing experience strongly preferredÂ
- Strong understanding of:Â
- APQP & PPAPÂ
- SPC and statistical analysisÂ
- GD&T (ASME Y14.5)Â
- IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 standardsÂ
- Experience using quality inspection equipment and hand gagesÂ
- Strong problem-solving skills using quality tools and methodologies
- Excellent communication skillsÂ
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially ExcelÂ

Preferred Qualifications
- CMM programming experience with CalypsoÂ
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering disciplineÂ
