About the Opportunity

Kelley Kronenberg is seeking an Associate Attorney to join our Workers' Compensation Defense team. This position is 100% remote and open to candidates located anywhere in the State of Florida. We are looking for a detail-oriented litigator with strong writing skills and a passion for defense work.

Your Responsibilities

  • Independently manage a caseload of Workers' Compensation defense matters from inception through resolution
  • Review claims files and medical records with strong attention to detail
  • Draft status reports, pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
  • Represent clients at hearings and assist with all aspects of motion practice
  • Maintain regular, professional communication with clients and adjusters
  • Collaborate with Managing Partner on litigation strategy and case development

Required Education & Experience

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
  • Active Florida Bar License (required)
  • Minimum of 2 years of Workers' Compensation defense experience
  • Superior writing skills and exceptional attention to detail
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote environment
