Summary

The Scheduler / Project Manager is responsible for developing, maintaining, and overseeing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for customer service requests (CSRs), projects, and operational initiatives. This role serves as the primary scheduling lead, ensuring project timelines are accurate, approved, and aligned with contractual commitments and client expectations. The Scheduler / Project Manager works closely with project managers, functional teams, and client stakeholders to manage schedule performance, track milestones, identify risks, and provide visibility into project execution.

Your role in our mission

  • Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for all customer service requests (CSRs) under 500 hours.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for initiatives exceeding 500 hours.
  • Establish logical task relationships, dependencies, milestones, and critical paths within project schedules.
  • Ensure schedules align with project objectives, contractual requirements, and delivery commitments.
  • Coordinate schedule reviews with Project Managers, technical leads, business stakeholders, and leadership teams.
  • Facilitate discussions to reconcile scheduling conflicts and ensure schedule accuracy.
  • Prepare and submit project schedules for client review and approval.
  • Track schedule approvals and maintain approval documentation.
  • Respond to client schedule comments and feedback.
  • Work with project managers and delivery teams to address client concerns and incorporate approved changes.
  • Conduct weekly schedule review meetings with client stakeholders.
  • Present schedule performance metrics
  • Prepare and distribute Schedule Summary Reports
  • Track schedule-related action items through completion.
  • Ensure project tasks and activities are incorporated into approved schedules.

What we're looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Project Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in project scheduling, project management, PMO, or program controls.
  • Experience developing and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong understanding of schedule management principles, critical path methodology, and dependency management.
  • Experience working directly with clients and executive stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • PMI Scheduling Professional (PMI-SP) certification.
  • Experience supporting government, healthcare, Medicaid, or regulated industry programs.
  • Knowledge of schedule health metrics and Earned Value Management concepts.

The pay range for this position is $55,600.00 - $79,400.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
