What You’ll Do

  • Welcome and assist patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism.

  • Explain services, eligibility, and sliding fee scale options.

  • Educate patients about deposits, balances, and payment plans.

  • Collect and reconcile deposits and co-pays.

  • Verify insurance and patient information, and update required paperwork.

  • Schedule appointments accurately and efficiently.

  • Refer uninsured patients to Outreach & Enrollment for assistance.

  • Connect patients to additional support services when needed.

  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth front-office operations.

What You Bring

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.

  • Prior customer service or front-office experience preferred.

  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.

  • A compassionate, patient-focused approach.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
