Love your job.

You're a good physical therapist.

Maybe you've also become the person other clinicians come to with questions. You enjoy mentoring younger PTs. You notice things that could work better - and you usually have ideas about how to improve them.

Maybe you're already leading a clinic and wondering whether leadership could feel more meaningful than managing schedules and productivity.

Or maybe you're simply ready for the next chapter of your career - and you're not sure that opportunity exists where you are now.

You don't necessarily want to leave patient care behind.

You just know you're capable of more.

And you'd like the opportunity to find out what that could look like.

That's where we come in.

WV Physical Therapy is opening our second clinic in Somersworth, and we're looking for a Clinical Director who wants to help build it with us.

You'll inherit the experience and support of a PT-owned practice that's been serving this community for more than 20 years - and you'll have the opportunity to put your own fingerprints on what comes next.

You'll work closely with our leadership team, and you'll have meaningful ownership over what happens inside your clinic.

You'll treat patients. Develop clinicians. Help build a great team. Solve problems. Improve systems. And help create a clinic you're genuinely proud to lead.

We're intentionally building a practice where therapists don't have to choose between becoming exceptional clinicians and continuing to grow professionally. Whether that growth means clinical mastery, developing a specialty program, mentoring others, or leadership, we believe those should all be celebrated careers.

We're not looking for someone to fit into a finished system.

We're looking for someone who wants to help build it.

What will this look like?

Today, you're the PT others come to for help.

As Clinical Director, you'll have the opportunity to multiply that impact. You'll develop clinicians, build a team you're proud of, and help create the kind of workplace where great PTs can build long, meaningful careers.

You'll grow as a clinician and as a leader - and help others do the same. Love your job. Help others love theirs.

What you'll actually do

This is a clinical leadership role. You'll continue treating patients while taking responsibility for the clinical success of the Somersworth clinic and the development of the people who work there.

You'll work closely with WVPT leadership while having meaningful ownership over your clinic. Your role will include:

  • Leading, coaching, and developing the clinical team
  • Setting clear expectations and maintaining high standards for patient care
  • Helping clinicians solve difficult cases and continue developing their skills
  • Serve as technical expert on billing and operational SOPs
  • Giving feedback, recognizing great work, and having difficult conversations when needed
  • Helping onboard and mentor new clinicians
  • Building a healthy, collaborative clinic culture
  • Identifying problems and improving the systems around them
  • Helping the clinic grow while protecting the things that make WVPT a great place to work
  • Maintaining your own patient caseload and staying connected to clinical practice

Desired experience: at least 2 years as an outpatient Physical Therapist

Compensation & Benefits

  • $85,000–$95,000 salary
  • Profit sharing
  • Student loan repayment assistance
  • Continuing education allowance
  • Health & dental insurance
  • 401(k)
